One of our clients in Manhattan, NY is looking for a Help Desk Support Technician.
Title: Help Desk Support Technician
Location: Manhattan, NY
Duration: Long-term
Hourly: $30 - $35 per hour (W2)
Scope:
Looking for Level 1/2 Engineer with Ticketing experience
The FE will complete the following work onsite:
- Provide support L1/L2 and basic troubleshooting
- Work will be an onsite work
Required Skills:
- At least 4-5 years of Level 1/2 Support experience with Windows Operating systems
- Hands-on experience with Ticket experience
- Experience with Imaging, SCCM, Active Directory and 365 suites would be a huge plus
- Experience in providing support to Desktop, Laptop, Hardware and Software
